Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Our Guarantee

At OurVerse, owned and operated by sole proprietor Advaith Krishna Arun Babu, based in Kollam, Kerala, India, we strive to build the most emotional, premium, and stunning digital love websites on Earth. We want you to be completely satisfied with the keepsake stardust universe generated for your partner.

2. Cancellation Policy

OurVerse premium universe generation operates on an instant-fulfillment system.

  • Prior to Generation: If you cancel your project layout configuration inside your creator dashboard prior to making a payment, you will not be billed.
  • Post-Payment: Once your payment of ₹300 is successfully processed, resources are immediately locked and allocated by our AI narrative servers to compile, structure, host, and render your timeline. Therefore, standard cancellations of processed payments are not permitted once the generated website goes live.

3. Refund Eligibility Criteria

We want to be completely fair and support you if something goes wrong. You are eligible to request a refund of the ₹300 fee under the following specific conditions:

  • Technical Failures: In the highly unlikely event that our AI generator fails to output a working, live universe URL, or if media upload issues prevent your site from loading, and our support team cannot rectify the issue within 5 business days of your support ticket request.
  • Double Charge: If you are charged twice for the same transaction/order due to a payment gateway latency error. In such cases, one of the duplicate transactions will be immediately refunded in full.

4. Refund Processing Timeline

Once a refund request is reviewed and approved by our billing team:

  • The refund will be issued directly through our payment gateway to the original mode of payment used at checkout (credit card, debit card, UPI wallet, NetBanking, etc.).
  • Timeframe: As per standard banking guidelines, the refunded amount will reflect in your account within 5 to 7 business days from the date of approval.

5. How to Initiate a Refund

To request a refund, please send a detailed email to support@ourverse.com with:

  • Subject line: "Refund Request - [Your Registered Email Address]"
  • Your Transaction ID / Order Number
  • A brief description of the technical issues encountered (with screenshots, if applicable) so our developers can investigate and resolve it first.
