Welcome to OurVerse (referred to as "we," "us," "our," or the "Platform"). OurVerse is owned and operated by Advaith Krishna Arun Babu, a sole proprietor registered in India, operating under the brand name OurVerse, with registered address at Nikunjam, Alattukavu Nagar - 49A, Kavanad P.O, Kollam, Kerala, 691003.

By accessing, browsing, or using OurVerse website and services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Services

OurVerse is an AI-powered passive cinematic relationship site generator. We allow creators to upload memories, photographs, screenshots, dates, voice notes, and emotional milestones to instantly generate custom, interactive glowing constellation universes, romantic web journals, and media galleries ("Digital Universe") to celebrate relationships.

3. Payments, Pricing, and Upgrades

OurVerse offers premium generation services for a transparent, one-time payment of ₹300 (Three Hundred Indian Rupees) per digital love website generated.

• Payments are securely processed through recognized, secure third-party payment gateways.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete billing information.
• Once payment is successfully completed, you are granted a lifetime license to host and display the specific digital universe generated, subject to our hosting policies.
• Prices are subject to change, but any price modifications will be clearly updated on our Platform before billing.

4. User Account and Data Content

To use certain features, you must register for an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and secure.

You maintain full ownership of all memories, text narrative prompts, photos, and voice notes that you upload. However, you grant OurVerse a limited, secure license to store and transmit this content solely for the purpose of generating, hosting, and displaying your Digital Universe as requested by you.

You agree not to upload any content that is illegal, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or infringes upon any third-party intellectual property or privacy rights. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate this clause.

5. Partner Reaction Recorder Privacy

Our platform features an optional "Reaction Recorder" that utilizes a recipient's webcam feed to record reaction clips when viewing the digital universe. This feature will never activate without explicit, active consent from the viewer. These reaction clips are stored securely and made available exclusively to the creator account.

6. Limitation of Liability and Warranties

Our Platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we strive to maintain uninterrupted service and secure hosting, we do not warrant that the website will be entirely error-free, completely immune to data loss, or that hosting will be forever continuous. We recommend keeping offline backups of valuable photographs or text memories.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kollam, Kerala, India.
